"This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

"Its right in the middle of the trendy centro and there are blocks and blocks to walk full of restaurants and shops. Hotel is high class with excellent staff and facilities. Pro tip: pay a little extra for the Brisas Business Club. Its worth every peso."
