I could not connect the reservation to my VRBO account and VRBO was unable to resolve the issue. However, they put me in direct contact with the host, who was very professional and communicative. "I had always wanted to spend a few nights in Laguna Beach so this cottage was the perfect place for our family. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach! I was happy that we had a parking spot and that the premises also had a washer and dryer room. I would recommend this place."

"We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...

"We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!"

"My friend and I loved our stay. Check-in was easy, no issues. Location was wonderful / just a quick walk to one of the most pretty beaches. Easy access to the free trolley. Very quiet neighborhood which was nice. Among beautiful homes. Backyard is awesome! It was a bit cool while here, so I did not get to enjoy the backyard as much as I wanted. The hummingbird nest and hummingbirds hanging around was such a nice treat. They had all the amenities we needed."

"Beautiful charming artistic cottage with incredible succulent gardens. We really enjoyed soaking up the sun while sitting in the garden, watching the birds. It was a short but very steep 4 block walk to Laguna beach which was a bit of a challenge for old knees but so gorgeous upon arrival. We'd like to stay again!"
