"we had a mini retreat with my volunteer team here and everything was EXCELLENT. We seriously had the best time ever- the place was incredible and filled with so many places to have fun and connect joyfully. Every staff member treated us with kindness and respect. And I think it was Andrew or Brandon? that really stood out! Great hospitality all around. The furniture/items were a bit older but honestly such a steal for the price! We will definitely return."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The whole process was easy and the house had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower not draining and they responded right away. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the place is a bit run down, could really use a fresh coat of paint and the towels provided were quite thin. Also, my son vapes and it's not allowed on the property at all, not outside or on the deck. But again, for the price, we would stay there again. "

"This home was very clean, had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive to questions. It is located in a nice quiet spot. Easy to get around, hot tub and pool were amazing and heated! If we come back to Cali, we will be booking this home again! Thank you to the hosts!"

"The lower hot tub (shown in the property pictures) was the star of the stay! The peace and quiet and view of the ocean are worth the visit. Great location and Jason was very nice, accommodating, and responded promptly. The condo is well stocked with all the beach gear and kitchen equipment that you need. "

"Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. "Very welcoming ambience from the start and left with a very memorable stay. It felt like it was our own home, everything we needed was provided with the comfort of our needs, cleanliness, detail-oriented, to pre-made ice, and water for rinsing our feet from the sand.
