The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"We come to San Clemente multiple times per year to visit our daughter and her family but this visit we were also brining my father-in-law and daughter-in-law and needed quite a bit more room. This condo was perfect! Clean and spacious with a spot-on location, and the hosts were very attentive and available for any questions. And they left wine! Highly recommend.
