"Our room was an ocean view on 15th floor. The bed was a king size luxury with great pillows! The room had blackening blinds and we slept beautifully! The room was cleaned every day and in good repair. The bathroom was starting to show a little age but was very clean. The staff was very good to us- even brought tables outside for us when we asked. Location is great- lots of restaurants, bus stop and Ubers plentiful if needed. The pool wasn’t heated but not uncommon- so a little too cold to swim...

"this is an older property but has been kept clean and well. service was excellent but their restaurant was pricey. We didn't have an impression of pushy sales people for the timeshare thing. In fact they never even bothered to ask us but noticed the first day that it was a time share. We love the cave pool and felt like we didn't have to go outside of the hotel. I was impressed the female trainer for the hawk would come out to the pool area for the families to experience! Should be called El Cid...

"Overall our stay was comfortable. There was the odd issue with water pressure in the room, but it never lasted long. The hot tub for some reason never got hot. Not sure why. "I went a day before my reservation’s date to ensure the 8 rooms reserved and I asked if my family arrives between 2-3 pm would they be able to leave their Lauggage before 3pm. And they said that it was not a problem. I also recommended for 3-4 other families to stay at this hotel. When my family arrived around 2:20 pm we couldn’t checked in at that time. We had to wait until 3 pm supposedly none of the rooms were available before 3 pm. If we had 10-11 rooms for 3 to 8 days I thought it would be...
