"The house is lovely and as you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio which had a great table and chairs and palapa and also night lighting. The host was very responsive to every request and took care of things right away. There could be a few more towels supplied. Also, the gate entrance system requires internet on your phone. Thanks for a lovely vacation. We would definitely recommend it and go back."

"My overall impression was poor. The place needed much maintenance and painting, Mold in the bathrooms and one bedroom. I spent several mornings waiting for repairmen to fix water leaks, clothes washer and the hot water tank, I had no hot water for two days. A lot of noise from the people in the apartment above me. I had to complain to the owner. There were other problems but I have no more time."

"I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her. On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in. "The place is situated very close to the beach and restaurants and other conveniences. Very safe neighborhood. Very clean pool and the property manager responded immediately whenever I contacted her. The beach is swimmable and beautiful. What a gem! My daughter and her friends had room to spread out. We will be back here again."

"Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this property. Geographically property is not where it was described and listed, other wise I would have never rented it. On the listing it described it came with laundry, when we checked in, it didn’t have laundry. We stayed 3 nights and trash was picked up until the last day. Trash outside was already filled all the way to the top from last renters."

"We stayed for six weeks at this well appointed townhome in the Cerritos area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Golden Zone (big hotels) and we had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. It has a great patio that is only steps from the pool area. A 5 minute walk takes you to Cerritos Beach that is much less busy than others.
