"The property is a duplex that is shared by a permanent tenant. It is well appointed and fits two people adequately. Only complaints are the walls are a bit thin, the back door had the window slider backwards (so someone could open it from the outside) and the Keurig coffee pot was broken. The host was quick to communicate and apologized for the issues. I had no issues finding street parking. There is a separate outdoor seating area that you can use that is not pictured in the photos. "

"Great location, everything you need is around you. The kitchen had everything you needed, bed was comfortable! It did get hot during the day but it cooled down quite quick after opening everything up in the evening and they supplied you with a big fan which was great. Would stay here again!"

"This property was right on the beach. Great location. Some days we didn’t even need to sit on the beach we just sat on the patio. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the patio. "
