"Great place for the working traveler. All amenities and features are as perfectly described. And the location was super convenient, close to downtown San Carlos and Redwood City, and even not too bad of a drive to San Francisco. Both Ela & Matt were great hosts, extremely responsive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Best of all, they gave me outstanding recommendations for local restaurants, the best of which was Varam Indian! Will be returning the next time for a work trip."

"Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year."

"The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. "I planned a fairly random trip to N SF and this place was perfect for what I needed. It’s like a hotel room with a kitchenette. Comfortable, warm, and clean. It also has privacy. The location is great for visits to Muir Woods and point Reyes. It may not be super comfortable for 2 adults due to size, but if you are a solo traveler, it’s perfect"

"Mill Valley is a lovely location and this is a lovely property to stay in. There are lots of walking routes and other things to do, plenty of places to eat and a good supermarket nearby. Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge are close by too. Rusty was always available if we needed anything. We stayed for 4 nights but if we come back again we may stay for longer than that,"
