The house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The pool looked beautiful. The fenced yard makes it a nice quiet oasis.

A lovely quiet home
This is a wonderful home, and we totally enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is so quiet, and it is convenient to downtown, the missions, and restaurants. The pool was lovely, clean, and a great temperature. Having laundry facilities was really nice and there was enough on the TV to keep us entertained after a long day. The house was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms nicely updated. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great for Air Force BMT Graduation
Love the privacy once the gate is closed! Perfect spot for a new Airman to chill out, which is all ours wanted to do after 8 weeks of Basic Military Training. 20 minutes from Lackland. Clean, roomy, very nice pool and hot tub, easy process.

The house was clean. It had an amazing pool and a gas grill. There was plenty to room to spread out. The washer/dryer was nice too (less to pack knowing we could do laundry) and a nice size kitchen!

Weekend getaway
This property was exceptionally clean. Linens were of great quality, nice and soft. Beds were comfortable. After spending the day walking in downtown and visiting the alamo, the hot tub was perfect to relax your tired legs. There is an electric gate at driveway which make you feel safe on this property. The neighborhood was quite and is close to all activities.

WE all enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was very welcoming when we came home at night. Location was great. the privacy fence made it nice so we could enjoy the patio in morning with coffee or drinks at night.

Wonderful place
We had a wonderful girls weekend staying here. It’s in close proximity to all the tourist things. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We enjoyed having our own separate bedrooms and baths as well. The place was very clean. I researched so many places before booking and this place did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed here with my college son to get out of Michigan for a few days. The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood may not be upscale or anything, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Very close to all attractions. Kitchen is a little outdated but nothing to down grade my rating. Overall there is plenty of room for a family and it's super convenient.

We were very happy with this house. Didn’t have any issues during our stay. Pros:-LOCATION! Close to Riverwalk & Alamo -Easy check in/check out-bathrooms and beds were clean-comfortable beds and plenty of linens-small house, but had 3 full bathrooms-washer and dryer available -lots of towels-plenty of soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, etc-lots of kitchen pot/pans and essentials-gated driveway/propertyCons:-Neighborhood was much older than I expected-swarms of mosquitos by the pool, so we didn’t use the pool (we were busy out sightseeing anyway, so not a big deal for us)Thank you for providing a clean, comfortable place to stay while in San Antonio.

Ring-of-Fire Eclipse viewing
The property was as described. The pool and outdoor grilling area was an exceptional viewing place for the Ring-of-Fire eclipse. I rarely need to contact a property manager on my stays but had two issues requiring support and in both cases received complete and timely satisfaction.

Perfect getaway, private oasis!
Listen, if you’re looking for a three bedroom house in this area, get this one if you can! It’s a smaller house, but perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! And the pool… oh the pool! It was fantastic as well as the hot tub! This was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in, and Harvey was very easy to communicate with. Once that gate slides closed, you’re completely enclosed in your own little oasis. We heard no noise except fireworks on the 4th, which was fun to watch from the pool. We were close enough to the Alamo and caverns. Good, central location. We loved our stay here, and would definitely come back!!

Diamond in the rough
We loved the place, the accommodations, cleanliness, “supplies,” the pool was great, security fences and auto gate were “comforting,” Neighborhood is a bit “rough around the edges,” but inside the fence, all was good! Well designed and maintained. Internet/cable TV was “problematic.” No Astros games at night and had to join Roku/Amazon Prime to get movies, and then the signal was “interrupted” a few times. Oh well. The place is worth visiting again!

Pictures are deceiving
The pictures of this property make it look like its a quiet little, private stay. When we pulled up, it was surrounded by a horrible neighborhood, growing up in Los Angeles I can assure this neighborhood was very sketchy. The house was grimy looking, not like the pictures. The pool and spa were the nicest features but had two neighbors houses literally staring down into them. This house is directly under the flight path for the San Antonio airport, sirens all night, dogs barking, wierd ice cream trucks at midnight. Wasted our money, only stayed one night and left. It was worth losing the money to leave

San Antonio House in very suspect neighborhood
This house is in an older, lower income neighborhood. Every Uber driver we used told us that it is an undesirable part of town. The women in our group were not very comfortable staying there and did not sleep well during our stay because of this. We did not experience any negative incidents but would not have booked this house had we known more about the neighborhood. The contents of the house were clean but older and worn and need to be updated. Also, there is not Keurig coffee pot despite the description clearly saying that there is one. In addition, when I reached out to "Evolve" they told me that they cannot do anything about that and that I should contact the local property manager. I did attempt to do this multiple times but never received any reply at all during our stay. I would never stay at this house again!!!

Quaint House
This was our third trip to San Antonio, our first near the downtown area. The check in instructions were very easy and we had no problems locating the box with the key. The neighborhood is very sketchy, but with the gate it made things feel more safe. The house for the most part was clean. A very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. There were plenty of towels and soap/shampoo were also provided. However, there were feral cats on the property and someone had left food out for them on the property. Unfortunately one of the cats either ingested something or was hit and we found the cat dead on the patio after returning from our day. There was dried blood in various places and no hose to clean the area. I emailed the property manager, no response so I called. Someone showed up and removed the cat but didn’t send someone to clean up. Other than the unfortunate event we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this home!
My family visited San Antonio for my son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland AFB. We have never used VRBO and for our first experience, it was a great one! When you first turn into the neighborhood you feel a little leery as it’s run down and doesn’t seem like a very great area; that said, we pulled into the driveway of the house, located the key and found that we could close a solid wood gate and block the home and yard off from the road. The house is set back from the road and the pool is right up front. It’s extremely private and once in the property, there is little to no view of any of the houses around it. The house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable and we all absolutely loved the pool and spa! We spent most of our time out on the covered/shaded patio enjoying the pool. The location was so convenient and close to the airport, downtown San Antonio and the Air Force base - no more than 20 minutes from anywhere we went. We loved this property and would definitely stay again anytime we visit San Antonio!

Wonderful
The property was close to everything we wanted to do. Short trip from the airport. The neighborhood isn't bad. Having the gate at the driveway made it feel very safe. We enjoyed what we called "Porch Pets" , we had cats that would come and hang out with us by the pool and patio. The house was very clean and the rooms were great. It was supposed to be 4 of us but things happened and ended up being only 2. Perfect room for 2 people, the couch would have been very crowed if there would have been 4 of us. It was nice that we each had our own bathroom. Everything was set up great and was so easy to check in. Would definately stay here again if back in San Antonio.

We loved this property!
We came for BMT graduation. The house was 20 minutes to Lackland AFB which was great. Also it was only 12 minutes from the airport. It was easy access to the house with keys available upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised at what this house had to offer. All amenities we needed were provided. Pots and pans, coffee maker with regular brew and Keurig, toaster, waffle maker, all the silverware and dishes were provided. All we had tondonwas bring food. There were plenty of towels and some toiletries were provided as well. It was like walking into someone's welcoming home. There was an assortment of games, books, and dvd movies to keep us entertained. It was nice and cool when we got there thankfully because the Texas heat is no joke! The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were clean and very refreshing after our 2 long days of military graduation. The electronic gate gave a nice sense of security on the property and the tall fences were nice for lots of privacy at the pool and outside on the patio. The neighborhood is a little old and run down but we never felt unsafe while we were there. I would 100% recommend this property to a family staying in San Antonio, and if I ever came back, I would stay here again. We had 5 peopl there and we felt we had plenty of room.

Great Stay
This property was perfect for our family while we celebrated our son completing basic training. It was so nice that we didn’t even need to eat out. Check-in was easy. The only downside is the neighborhood is a little sketchy. The private gate helped us feel secluded and safe.
