Valet takes too long. Not sure why. We waited close to an hour at checkout and there was only one other couple ahead of us. Other than that this was one of the best stays I’ve had in SA. I will definitely stay again.

Walking distance to lots of entertainment and restaurants. Valet ONLY parking was very nice, but wished we could park our vehicle ourselves. We were told the lot was 2.5 blocks away. Construction across the street didn't start too early. Restaurant on site was very good and ALL staff was very helpful and sweet. The rooftop bar had an amazing view!! Pool was a bit cool but we would definitely return to the Kimpton Santos San Antonio!!

Beautiful new property! Excellent staff! AJ and Rebecca at the front desk were phenomenal and made our stay a true pleasure. Corrina in the restaurant made our breakfast a pleasant experience each morning. All the staff including the manager Kat made us feel like we were at home. Dean’s Steak and Seafood is an incredible dining experience. Worth enjoying a dinner there. Definitely recommend the Kimpton Santo. It will be my go to hotel in San Antonio. Very convenient to the river walk and other dining options.

While the stay itself was great staff were extremely helpful, it would’ve been nice to try Dean’s but after waiting for 25 minutes at a table and not being acknowledged by any waiter or staff. I just decided to visit another well rated steakhouse nearby and do not regret it.

This hotel is a model for what a 5-star hotel should be. From the moment we were welcomed by the doormen, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were the most important guests in their hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful with amazing amenities and was the best hotel experience we have had in many, many years.
