"This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile from ASU where we were attending a late night play on campus. Check in was easy. I requested the top floor but was given the 3rd floor instead of the 4th but no big deal. My room appeared to be a room to accommodate a mobility challenged person. "This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Coming in the room there were 3 large spots on the carpet.(dog pee?). No soap, shampoo, tissues in bathroom as well as a broken towel bar. Only one bracket and missing bar. There was a small coffee maker, no pot, cups, coffee or c&s. Nov 14 and just a sheet and thin cotton fabric bedspread. There was one throw in the closet for one of our double beds. The hotel was very run down."
