It was a last minute booking after a late soccer tournament. My 2kids and i checked in at 01:30 am and the attendant crawled out from side room. He seem like he was on some drugs and speech was slurred and pupils were off. I did not feel safe. The walls in the room had damage and the walls are thin we could hear the people next door having loud intercourse. Would not stay here again.

On Expedia’s website this hotel shows to be pet friendly. When we get there to check in for our stay we were greeted by a rude staff member telling us that was wrong and to take it up with Expedia. The only explanation we got was “yeah we’ve gotten that several times” and when we said they should get with Expedia to get the room description fixed the response was “you’ll need to take it up with them. No pets allowed”

This hotel should not be allowed to give hotel rooms to clients. The sheets were filthy the room carpet was so dirty it was sticky the restroom ceiling and the room ceiling itself had huge patches of mold. There were no clean towels. When I asked the staff for new sheets those smelt disgusting. Shame on this place!!!

Stayed in room 106 (non-smoking, handicap). The bed was too high for a handicapped person: It wasn't easy to get onto. Falling from it could cause an elderly person to be injured.

I reserved 2 double rooms. After check in, I walked into one of the rooms to find it was dirty. One bed didn't have any sheets, comforter, or pillows. They were all piled up on a chair. The other bed had a stained comforter. When I asked the front desk for a different room, they had no more available double rooms, so I had to take a king and sleep with my kids. The 2nd room was clean enough, but smelled of smoke, even though it is a non-smoking hotel.
