A suggestion for improvement: The notice on the laundry room door should mention that an ID is required to gain access. When I went to use the facility, the sign stated that a key was needed and could be obtained at the front desk—no problem. However, when I went down, no one was there, and I had to wait about five minutes for someone to appear. That’s when I was told...
