"The hotel and staff were all first class. The original room #200 had very limited closet space and we were moved to #201 a superb room. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible."

And the last time i stayed here in 2024 i could have as many guest as i wanted 1 at a time of course with no extra charge. "I had an amazing stay at Moet Cartagena . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, and the the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the historic center . I especially think that they should improve the breakfast, give more options and have a menu printed out for the guest. Highly recommend!"

"This property was a dream from day one until we left! Starting with Benjamin at the reception and the ladies that worked the kitchen, it felt like we were staying with family! The location of the hotel is superb, a walk from everywhere. The roof top pool and the views were excellent. We travel a lot & our main complain are the mattresses & pillows, but not here, best night sleep outside our home. Already planning our next stay at Casa Claver!"

"At a hotel of this quality some items or in short supply: towels, lighting in the room, coffee pods for the coffee maker. Bar soap. Air conditioning works great but it was almost impossible to adjust the thermostat in our room, which needs replacement. The rooftop pool is an oasis of calm and I a city buzzing with tourists. It should be noted that in this humidity, a towel never dries after use. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. Vooked items are mostly fried."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was well kept and the common areas make your stay feel like home.The staff was very helpful, friendly, patient, and accommodating. Breakfast was intimate and the food was fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool area was relaxing with a great view. The hotel is in a location close to restaraunts, stores, Getsemani, and local sites. I enjoyed every part of my stay and was not disappointed."
