"Perfect location just a short bus ride into York. Jack & Ellie are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Tea & coffee facilities available in the room which was very comfortable. Breakfast is a help yourself but Jack is on hand if you need anything. Fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals, juice etc are available. Jack recommended places to eat, which were absolutely spot on. Food in all recommended places was excellent. This is a little gem of a place to stay, while not in the city centre...

"Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, warm and cozy. Breakfast options are great, loads of choice of teas, pastries, porridge etc. Private parking and host is lovely and helpful too. Would definitely recommend. "
