"My wife, our dog, and I had a terrific stay at the Sugar River Treehouse- we were in town for a few days to ski and spend New Years here, and couldn't have asked for a cozier place to stay in the woods of NH nearby a river! The outside area produced perfect morning & evening walks with the pup, and the new house with updated features (our favorite was the heated bathroom floors) was located very close to town with restaurants and amenities. We would happily stay here again!"

"We stayed over the long weekend for a ski vacation with three families, and found this property to be exactly what we needed. Hot tub was nice. The owner lit a fire in the fire pit outside to keep us toasty when we came back from a day of skiing. He even came out in the morning and cleaned off our cars after a snowstorm. Overall excellent experience. Would stay here again!"

"This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!"

"We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with Kristina was great. Loved the sunsets on the lake from the balcony. We were there for an event at Gunstock and was about 10-15 drive from the condo. Was not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs as condo is built on 2.5 levels."

"The house was beautiful, enough space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. I can’t wait to go back...

The one mile drive to Mt Sunapee could not be better. Everyone is looking forward to a future trip there. blessings to you in 2025"

"Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay."

We had a great stay- the kitchen was wonderful to cook in- we loved the gas stove- bacon tasted so delicious with croissants in the morning!
