We wanted a pool and a hot tub with access to the bar. The bar was closed and the upper pool was packed with kids. The southern pool was private but doesn’t have a poolside bar. The hot tubs were great. Dinner was average. The buffet was barely better than a free breakfast at a highway motel. We went for a resort feel. We got understaffed facilities.

Good choice for smaller families up West rooms, waterpark. Older East views more appropriate for teens, 2 hot tubs and less kids at pool. Overall dated exterior, clean, comfortable accommodations, dusting needed on light fixtures. Noise levels between rooms noticeable. Views spectacular, overall relaxing weekend.

I had the opportunity to visit some places, but I must confess that this hotel is among the best I’ve stayed at. Very clean and spacious. The service in the kitchen and at the bar was spectacular. A great place for the whole family.

For what you pay for the "resort" experience, the facilities and rooms really could use an upgrade. The side table and coffee table in our room were peeling and about 2 seconds from falling apart. The trundle bed seems like a good idea, but it was hands down the most uncomfortable thing ive ever slept on. Facilties are dated. There was a piece of diaper in the kiddie swim area... food was like 1 step above chucky cheese and prices were nuts. That being said, the pools are fun and the kids have a blast. Its a nice local getaway, close to home but enough to unplug. Just dont go expecting anything amazing.

The property was well maintained. Our toilet sidnt fluah correctly and with 1 call to the front desk they had someone there to replace thw toilet within minutes.

The west room suite was perfect for indoor pool access. The hotel is a bit outdated and we did not get hot water. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property has lots to offer including sledding, hiking, and playgrounds for kids.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and we had great service at the restaurant on property for both dinner and breakfast. The room was average, but the jacuzzi tub jets were visibly dirty, the fan in the bathroom had mold on it and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area in the west building was nice and great for the kids!

Room was very outdated and basis nothing special about it. We were given a handicap unit shower with a jacuzzi that was just about broken. Small tv to the corner not centered with the bed or access to jacuzzi viewing. The refrigerator so small size of the microwave. All amenities in the game room area were not complimentary except for the ping pong and tv video game. Coins were required for fussball table and shuffle air table along with one acarde table.
