The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it."

"Roomy, sunny cape only 8 minutes to the slopes. The place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. 10 minutes to Walmart or Hannaford for what we forgot to bring. Loved the claw foot tub with bubble bath and a view of snow covered pines. Thank you for sharing your home"

"Beautiful house and location. Our only complaints would be that the house itself was fairly loud (creaky floors and no insulation between rooms so can hear when someone is up early or late) and sheer white curtains (making everyone have to get up with the sun), BUT all that said, wonderful old house. Very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend!"

"Steven’s house in Laconia was the perfect location for a family ski weekend getaway. Just 14 minutes from Gunstock and even less to town, it made getting around simple & easy. The interior was warm, welcoming, clean and tastefully appointed. We loved so much about staying here that I’m confident we’ll be back to both enjoy it in the winter, and summer.
