"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"La maison est superbement bien placée ( plage a pied et centre ville à pied ). Impasse très calme et sécurisée. Petit bémol de propreté a notre arrivée, les vitres étaient extrêmement sales avec des grosses traces de doigts. Nous avons dû les laver nous même. Les placards n étaient pas propres non plus. Malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans cette maison et nous la recommandons pour vos vacances a la faute sur mer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant "

"Pour un week-end entre amis, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir nos 4 couples. Des chambres confortables et tous les équipements pour se sentir comme à la maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée et c’est très appréciable. La terrasse et sa vue sont sublimes, on aurait pu passer 4 jours accoudés à regarder la mer ! L’immense véranda pour manger, se reposer, prendre l’apéro est un vraie plus pour les journées pluvieuses et les soirées fraîches. Des hôtes disponibles et bienveillants, bref...

"We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. "Exactly as advertised. Complete privacy, even in the garden. Games room and pool area absolutely brilliant. The hosts, Stephanie and Cyrille, live nearby in case of any problems. We had some queries about how to use the appliances and these were resolved within half an hour. They welcomed us at the start and end of our stay, but otherwise left us alone, which was a perfect balance. Thank you, we hope to visit again."
