"This was our 4th stay and it didn't disappoint. We last stayed here 10 years ago, can't believe its been that long but it was so nice to be back. The addition of the electric pool cover was a bonus. The villa is equipped with everything you could want and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the Vendee area. "

"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The property, swimming pool and terrace in front of house are excellent. The location perfect. However, the garden at rear is very tired and dirty. We would love to return but only if there are improvements to the rear of the house."

"House is larger than it looks on the web page. Pool was wonderful and a great temperature. Lots of sun loungers etc in garage. Only downside was there were no fans and bedrooms are all very hot."

"Pour un week-end entre amis, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir nos 4 couples. Des chambres confortables et tous les équipements pour se sentir comme à la maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée et c’est très appréciable. La terrasse et sa vue sont sublimes, on aurait pu passer 4 jours accoudés à regarder la mer ! L’immense véranda pour manger, se reposer, prendre l’apéro est un vraie plus pour les journées pluvieuses et les soirées fraîches. Des hôtes disponibles et bienveillants, bref...

"La maison est superbement bien placée ( plage a pied et centre ville à pied ). Impasse très calme et sécurisée. Petit bémol de propreté a notre arrivée, les vitres étaient extrêmement sales avec des grosses traces de doigts. Nous avons dû les laver nous même. Les placards n étaient pas propres non plus. Malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans cette maison et nous la recommandons pour vos vacances a la faute sur mer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant "

"Our group consisted of 11: 4 fifty somethings and 7 children aged between 23 and 18. The bedrooms, pool, lounge and kitchen area are superb for a group of this size. The facility is well located and within walking distance of the beach, local coffee bars and boulangerie and at a stretch Trance-Sur-Mare, although this is more easily reached on a bike or within a 5 minute drive. "We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. Le Bernard is walkable from the house and has a lovely...

"There were 12 of us in total for our stay, adults and young children. Emeline managed to find 3 cots, highchairs/booster seats and baby baths for us which really helped with our young children. We had a lovely time at the house Frederick and Emeline were very friendly and helpful, they live on site but they are not intrusive. Although our group was split over 2 different houses the outside table was large enough for us all to eat together. The best thing was the pool area which was fantastic...
