"La maison est superbement bien placée ( plage a pied et centre ville à pied ). Impasse très calme et sécurisée. Petit bémol de propreté a notre arrivée, les vitres étaient extrêmement sales avec des grosses traces de doigts. Nous avons dû les laver nous même. Les placards n étaient pas propres non plus. Malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans cette maison et nous la recommandons pour vos vacances a la faute sur mer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant "

"We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. Le Bernard is walkable from the house and has a lovely...

"This was our 4th stay and it didn't disappoint. We last stayed here 10 years ago, can't believe its been that long but it was so nice to be back. The addition of the electric pool cover was a bonus. However, we were surprised that bath towels are not provided. Transporting bath and beach towels for 12 adults and 3 children when flying presents a problem with luggage allowance! "Exactly as advertised. Complete privacy, even in the garden. Games room and pool area absolutely brilliant. The hosts, Stephanie and Cyrille, live nearby in case of any problems. We had some queries about how to use the appliances and these were resolved within half an hour. They welcomed us at the start and end of our stay, but otherwise left us alone, which was a perfect balance. Thank you, we hope to visit again."
