"Enjoyed our stay, we've previously stayed next to Grand place so we wanted to try a new area and see a different part of Brussels. Though its still walkable to Grand place. The men at the security desk seemend nice and welcoming. Reception staff were ok but I think its more of a European thing where it can be a hit or miss. Our room was excellent and clean thanks to housekeeping. Hotel is close to metro stations if you want to travel elsewehere but otherwise you have everything you'd need...

"The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance of all the main sites and Christmas markets. The breakfast options were ok but fairly standard. The rooms were clean but standard, but for the price you pay, I think it’s perfect "

"The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Elevator was broken, our room was on the seventh floor. Reading older reviews it seems to be a common issue. Flat was the very definition of quantity over quality. Yes, it was a big space but the owner puts ikea land lords to shame. Pillows the size of postage stamps with no fill, broken couch, holes in the sheets, holes in the shower curtain that had half fallen off, no water pressure. It all goes on. My favorite part though, was the “fitted sheet” on the bed. It was literally the exact size of...
