"Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The metro is just outside the hotel making transport around the city very easy. The room was clean and nicely styled. The room and bathroom were easy enough to move around in. Definitely will stay again."

"The laundry room that they advertise is very uncomfortably in the deep basement of the hotel. It’s a little unnerving especially being down there by myself in the dark. The dryer also took 5 hours to dry 2 very small loads of laundry. So be prepared to have to hang dry a a lot of your clothes. "

"Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city."
