"Why "Quite a surprise"? Well, because it was bigger than we had imagined it. The location worked fo us (We had rented a car and you've got your own parking spot! -I am all for the "not driving around to find a spot"-) and all what is needed (Groceries, boulangerie, pharmacy) was within a ten minutes drive (Google map, I love you). The view of the balcony, is lovely and we enjoyed a few suppers there. The only thing that I would say is that there is no AC and the south of France in the summer...

"The property was a great size and perfect for a spacious apartment for 2 adults (& two small terriers) We all loved and enjoyed the long terrace and felt that and the size helped alot to give it a good rating. The swimming pool was a great advantage and so large that you had plenty of space to relax undisturbed. "The apartment is really nice, extremely clean , and perfect if you are French locals with a car. However if you are flying in the country this is not the place to stay. Nothing is provided, no coffee, not even instant, no dish towels, no bath towel, no bath soap etc... Bed sheets are optional for 60 euros. Checkin is a bit complicated, as the key need to be picked up downtown to a place about 15 min walk. And then upon arrival, the place was completely turned off. No electricity, no water, so...
