"This property was fantastic. It was clean and had eve dry thing we needed for the 4 days we were staying there. It is a 30 minute walk from old nice, however it was very close to the beach and the walk is beautiful. "

"I have now stayed here 3 times and its always a pleasure. The staff are so friendly and kind. This is my first choice to stay when I am in Nice. I like that the rooms hsve a kitchenette and there is a grocery store nearby. "

"A bit of an older property and rooms (signs of wear and tear on furniture, equipment) but clean and functional. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location - very walkable to Marina, old town and new town (bus/train station, main squares). "

"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "The place was really cozy and clean. There is an extremely steep wooden ladder that works as a staircase going to second floor. Have to be very careful not to slip and fall. The owner charges extra to provide sheets and towels. This was really weird that he thinks tourists carry their own bed sheets to vacation. I think it should be already part of the overall price. He takes cash after you arrive. The house is at least an hour away from the beach cities of French Riviera. Pool was a plus and...
