Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting. "This is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to all you need to see in Nice. We walked from the train station to the apartment with our luggage which was pretty easy. We had a drink in the Busby hotel across the street while we waited for our checkin with Dorine which was also easy, and informative. It's a 4 or 5 min walk to the esplanade and is surrounded by shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definately recommend it for a comfortable stay for 4 people."

Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property.
