"Excellent Hotel to stay at Zermatt. Call the hotel ahead and let them know when you are arriving - they will send a local Alpine Taxi to fetch you from the train station to the Hotel. Friendly helpful staff - Reception, Concierge, Restaurant, Cleaner, etc. Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Big comfortable bed. Great shower with more than enough hot water. Thick fluffy towels.Great restaurant - The Grill - excellent Steak."
