The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. "The onsens were a highlight, beautiful and spacious with indoor and outdoor baths. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. There is a new section with lounge/reception and restaurant and the old building has the onsens. It is not difficult getting between them via car park or indoor corridor.
