"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "The most outstanding feature of this property is the mind blowing mountain backdrop! The landscaping and nature filled environment are breathtakingly beautiful! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the infinity pool is gorgeous and large, The bungalows were rustic and spacious. Would definitely return in the future!"
