"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Sapa Clay House - I only wish it had been longer! We slept in one of the bungalows overlooking the rice fields and the view was stunning, even on mornings when there was some fog. The bed was comfortable and the room was unique and charming. "With so many hotel options in SaPa, this little gem sits in the heart of the city. Its location is prime for walking to fantastic restaurants nearby. The breakfast is awesome, and Tom the host at breakfast, became our local tour guide for two days to Cat Cat Village and to the top of Fansipan. I highly recommend this hotel in SaPa!"

"Unfortunately there is construction next door and the start time seems to be 6am to 9 - 10 pm. Hard to relax in the room. Overall the hotel is very nice with friendly staff. Seems more of a convention atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and seating is extremely crowded in the morning. "
