"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "This hotel is in renovation. Do not book until those renovations are done.( I would say 2024). We were given a room that was on the top floor, had a great view, but was unfinished!!( Of course no other rooms were available)The phone was there but did not work, the internet was either weak or most of the time useless, the hot water was lukewarm at best ( and hence using only that, the pressure was definitely not there to wash my hair..), so impossible to take a bath in the beautiful tub beside...
