"Fully booked and great value for the price charged. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it is extremely great. Free breakfast and dinner has tiny portions but great flavours. "The property is in an excellent location. Coming from Osaka by train the station is literally up the stairs. Very clean and well run with front desk being very helpful with advice,directions and bus #. Highly recommend for those reason. Mattress especially hard and not for people with back issues…for me!"

"The staff were excellent, professional, and helpful in every way. Everyone spoke to us in English the entire time, which made it so easy to ask for things we needed. The room was big as was the bathroom. The buffet was delicious, especially the French Toast. Our kids were excited to be here. There were plenty of taxis available for us to use, but we also walked to places such as the Imperial Palace and McDonald's."

"The rooms are small compared to western standards. If you have a clam shell suitcase, know floor space is limited even in a King Superior room. The Bathroom was very clean but there was a significant step up into the bathroom. If you have difficulties with tall steps, there are rooms available without the step into the wetroom/bathroom.
