"We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. If you don't mind riding the regular commuter train, I discovered Keisei railways has a one way trip into Tokyo for under Y1000. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the exceptional customer service that they offer. Numerous special requests were honored, beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again !!! "

"This was a fantastic place to stay after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The shuttle is very easy to use and recognize, the staff are super helpful and welcoming and everything you need is on site. I was warmly greeted on arrival with staff who communicate in some English, enough for me to figure out what they are saying. Lawson's is brilliant for snacks or souvenirs, there is also a wonderful gift shop. I ate at 'Serena' and the coffee shop on the first floor. Food was delicious in both places. If you go up to the 11th floor there is a great place to sit and watch the planes come and go. For it's proximity to the airport, you would hear the occasional plane but that didn't worry me. If I ever come back to Japan, I will stay here again. I will recommend it to anyone who travels here too. "

"A very convenient stay close to Narita Airport. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel runs repeatedly and is well signed posted. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight."
