"We were surprised at the quality of room, very warm and large clean bed. Breakfast had every thing required.. Parking was easy The only constructive criticism is “ some painting would make a stay excellent “ Would certainly stay again."

"Lovely welcome from Madison in reception who understands what hospitality should be and tries very hard (and succeeds!) in providing it. Stayed in a junior suite which was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfect for our needs. Will have no hesitation in returning. "

"Had a great stay! Check-in was smooth, and checkout was just as easy. We stayed for one night, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout. While the rooms and amenities may benefit from a refresh, they were still in good condition. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely visit again! "10 out of 10 for the staff, who were welcoming and helpful. The location of the property is very good for exploring Rye, a short walk away. The room size was good, however the window locks are old and ineffective, and I noted a fire door propped open, giving people access from the street. Needs some money spent on it to bring up to standard, but as I said, staff were great. "
