"The staff were all really friendly and made us welcome, the breakfast was good and we had everything we needed. The room furniture was a little tired but our room was quiet and comfortable and we had an excellent short break. We would certainly stay here again as it was comfortable and just a short walk from the town."

"This was my 2nd stay here at the View hotel. Always a good stay. Nice chilled vibe - not much to do around Eastbourne its self (I’m 28) but there are some shops, eat options and cinema. not far from Brighton. Breakfast it’s lovely, lots of options. "

"Liked the ground floor junior suite which is dog friendly and our dig cannot do stairs. It was comfortable for all of us with plenty of room for the dog. "

"It's a large hotel, totally cashless from check-in to the bar, no cash accepted anywhere. Made a mistake with my room allocation but quickly resolved by Dave on reception who was doing the job of two people. Decor could be better and the rooms but for what I paid it was outstanding. £5 to park your vehicle overnight but overall very good. The view over the sea in the morning was very welcome."

"Lovely bedroom, nearly refurbished, plenty of space with a seating area. Good spa - with hot sauna and steam room - great to relax in the early evening. Easy 15-20 minute walk into town, or choice of restaurant or snacks in the bar. A really relaxed environment with friendly staff."
