"Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing and being in the middle of the commercial district of Porto. We got the family double room which is 2 floors but the bathroom was downstairs separate from the bedroom and the layout was a bit inconvenient. Housekeeping also did not clean thoroughly after our first night, they didn’t even replace our towels or changed bedding, so not sure why they even bothered entering the room. Overall, beautiful historical building and great breakfast buffet but our suite itself had an inconvenient layout without any amenities like toiletries or even a box of tissues. "

"Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6 nights, otherwise I enjoyed my stay."
