"Amazing location, easy to find, instructions of check-in sent day ahead were clear and easy to understand. Very comfortable bed, lots of towels, lots of books and dvd to choose from (even though dvd player wasn't working and all dvd were in Portugese). Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee and tea provided. They could improve on cosmetic side of the apartment (fresh paint to cover water damage on the walls) and more instructions could be in the apartment how to use Aircon to warm up the room . Also...

"The breakfast is simple but very good (bread, cake, croissant, ham, cheese, orange juice, coffee, milk). Staff is very friendly. My room was on the highest floor and in the first day the wifi was not working at all there, the signal was very weak. But the next day it was working."

"We had one of the modern rooms so didn’t feel the “castle” feeling in our room. The grounds and breakfast room were very beautiful though. Ours was a plain room, but overall comfortable, with heating, and pretty spacious for 3 of us. we had a few ants in the bathroom and on the beds though since our arrival. Also please be advised the parking lot is so narrow, it’s a one way entrance but somehow they want you to make a u-turn and park facing downhill . The first night we arrived I was more than...
