"This is an excellent hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is located close to the Metro and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist centre. The hotel is in a busy area, so expect traffic noise - but this has been made significantly worse by the work to expand the Metro during the working day. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel! "

With taxi driver’s help who caught an error, we were able to get to the station ontime .Else we would have been late for our train. Staff should be more attentive . "We had a great time at the Wood Loft. We started off our vacation with cellphone issues and had no access to wifi. Through WhatsApp we were able to contact Luis who was a lifesaver. The accommodation was better than we expected; immaculately clean, great location, balcony. We had a car and were able to park in garage across the street. We would rent through Luis again."

"The apartment is fantastic and in a great neighborhood, very secure buildingl Most importantly however, was the unbelievable service from Jose. We had driven our rental car into the heart of Porto (not recommended!), and because of the subway construction, many roads are blocked and we couldn't find the best way to apartment. Jose came to meet us a couple blocks away, drove us in our car to apartment. He even drove our rental car to return vehicle! Beyond the call of duty, Jose was amazing. Back...
