"Excellent modern and very clean apartment. Lovely bathroom and good living room. Well equipped. Great orientation given on arrival and very helpful advice on tours, transport and restaurants. Location was perfect, quiet street but easy walk to all attractions and only a few hundred metres from Sao Bento train station."

"The apartment is fantastic and in a great neighborhood, very secure buildingl Most importantly however, was the unbelievable service from Jose. We had driven our rental car into the heart of Porto (not recommended!), and because of the subway construction, many roads are blocked and we couldn't find the best way to apartment. "The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels, and the cozy robes were nice to have. "This was an amazing “find”!! Situated within Porto’s famous historic district, you are steps away from terrific cafes, restaurants and popular attractions. "Excellent stay at the Porto River. The only mistake we made is NOT having them organize our taxi ride from the train. We took a taxi, but he wouldn't take us down to the river and we had to walk down the hill to the hotel. The hotel had offered, but we didn't think it was a big deal to have them order the taxi but it WAS. We had them order the taxi BACK to the station and it can come down to the entrance of the hotel so you don't have to lug your luggage!!! Otherwise, everything was great. ...

"The one piece of feedback that I have for this hotel is to not put perfume on the carpets in the hallways. It appeared that they were using some kind of perfume in the hallways which is not good for customers with breathing problems. Otherwise this was a lovely hotel, close to everything and on the river."
