Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lacey – Olympia by IHG
5/5 Excellent
"It was a modern, clean accessible property. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I just have one comment that a manager might want to address. The girl who was assisting (she may have been training him) was dressed in the most ridiculous outfit. She looked like she should have been greeting me on a ride a Disneyworld. She had unnatural red hair, a black knit hat and some sort of strange, puzzle piece like design on her top that was cinched with a belt. It was comical and extremely unprofessional. I would suggest for a property that is likely greeting many professionals, especially working at the Capital, that you enact a dress code.
Another thing, is the road noise is considerable. If I had known, I would have brought some ear plugs. Consider putting a complimentary pair of ear plugs by the bed. I would have used them.
Thank you, Jennifer"
