"We loved staying in this cabin that truly is right next to the Nisqually River. Sitting out on the porch watching the river flow by is refreshing in the morning and relaxing in the evening. "Nice, quiet location. House was well equipped. We didn’t use the kayaks as our friends on the island have plenty, but it’s a great option to have available. Loved our morning walks to say “hi” to the island deers. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great time during our stay. I do have a recommendation, though. Please upgrade the paper products -- the paper towels and toilet paper are both thin and cheap. We didn't have enough toilet paper or regular bath towels for three adults and a child."

"This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside is spotless. The kitchen has everything..including some coffee, creamer etc if you forgot anything. Bathroom same..even an extra too rush ;new) in case you forgot. Bed was really comply. The pellet stove kept the whole place, nice and toasty. Every kind of game you remember from your childhood Lincoln logs included. Of course there is the outside amazing, hot tub, fire pit, and all the lights that...

"Perfect base for exploring Mt Rainier NP! Everything as described, perfect location and everything you need away from home. Only complaint is Needs New Pillows! Beds are a bit firm but fine; the pillows were atrocious flat pancakes. Otherwise 5 stars."

"Host was responsive when possible but I had a problem communicating with her via VRBO for some reason, and VRBO was not responsive to resolve this issue. The property was near perfect except for soft beds and a heating system that was either not working or that we couldn't figure out. It's spacious, comfortable and has a great a great kitchen."

"Our family had the best time at this cabin! It was adorable and had everything needed to cook and make meals for a big crowd. We hung outside most of the time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to eat and play games together. Enjoyed picking blackberries, watching the wildlife, making smores at the fire pit, and playing outdoor games. We took our paddleboards a two minute drive away…just perfect!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here and were so glad we found it after our first accommodations fell through due to fraudulent listing. I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email. That process made me nervous and kept me awake at night even though it all seemed to turn out fine. "

"We live on-island and had family in town so we booked this house on the water to accommodate everyone. This house was well-equipped for cooking insofar as cooking utensils. Be sure to bring your own necessities, like oil, salt, and sugar. It was very comfortable—beds and bedding—and there were climate controls in each room. You’ll want to buy some firewood in town for the crazy wood stove. Very clean. Amazing views. Great showers. We would stay here again. "
