"This is such a beautiful property and the room was absolutely wonderful! The only problems we ran into was we thought we misplaced an email with check in information, so we reached out via message and there was an automated response that said they would get back to us within a few days. We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. "We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay. "Absolutely perfect. A lovely well equiped house in a great location. Only feedback was back cottage was super hot when we opened it up. "This was our first stay at Millenium Rotorua. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable. We dined in the restaurant, the food was tasty. We also had breakfast poolside. The cost for this was pretty high given the selection that was available. The staff at the bar were awesome. That area could be made to look more exciting with more of a selection of spirits on show, it was a little lacklustre and not conducive to an extended visit, more of a “pop in” place. Overall we would definitely return here, it’s a great location and we thought the staff we encountered were fabulous! "
