"We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay. "This was our favorite property across a 5 week adventure! It’s a beautiful villa on a cozy property. All the amenities were as advertised and it made for a perfect home base for me and my 9yo while exploring Rotorua and surrounding area. "

The weather was devine so we made good use of the spacious deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture, enjoyed the lake-views listened to the chatter and song of bellbirds and tuiEasy walk or cycle to the lake. Everything you might need in the kitchen, plenty of space.The BBQ needed a good clean, but was soon done by us. "
