"Great location for our planned activities and it checked all the boxes for us. Room was great, staff were friendly and this hotel was perfect for our first visit to Auckland! The only smallest of feedback I could come up with is the transition from room to bathroom was carpet and then a raised marble divider. It was both uncomfortable to step on due to height but also tended to stub jet lagged toes."
