This home is very spacious and heaters and fireplace made it cozy on cool March evenings. The area is beautiful and quiet in spite of the construction nearby. We enjoyed exploring numerous beaches and sights in the Algarve, never more than an hour drive. Aljezur has a sweet old town with historic and cool vibe and lovely beaches within walking distance. "The house was perfect for us. The view of the water from the front porch was so relaxing. It was a quick walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants. But we also enjoyed the pool and snacks on the porch. We are already planning to visit again!"

"I left right away, stayed in hotel. House was misrepresented. Not large house, but apt, no ocean view, no TV, no 2nd bathroom, not beach front... 20 min away. Heavy musty smell which was unbearable, he said "I have no mold" his word, not mine. Entrance to place was not the front door, but through like a garage which was filled with junk,hoses,stuff. Door to apt was covered in turf, did not lock properly, did not open all the way, he told me don't worry, it's safe here. There's a 2nd apt. in this...

"We had a lovely two weeks in this property. The view was spectacular, the outside areas and pool were great with the balcony comfortable and shady. Inside the house felt spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Lots to do within an easy drive. We found Portugal good value for money with great food and friendly people, we will return."

Absolutely spotlessly clean when we arrived and just a pleasure to sit at the veranda and watch the street life, and listen to the chat from the excellent Ala do Castelo restaurant next door, who were wonderfully welcoming. Nothing but praise for the accommodation. A fantastic base to explore the amazing city of Lagos. We’ll be back."
