"It was nice to be upgraded to the top floor bedroom, with a great view. It was nice to have a complimentary wine. The room has slopped cielings with beams,so you do have to be careful not to hit your head.We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was comfortable, we had a good sleep. We had a small broblem, which was rectified immediately. We loved our stay and hope to come back."

Fantastic manager last night at the dinner buffet. We had a great conversation about Sevilla, Marrakech and about how amazing Portuguese food is. Sorry not to be able to say goodbye as we left early but we'll be back. Amazing service at dinner and breakfast in the buffet area from the young, new Brazilian waiter. So friendly, so efficient and so quick! Delighted with this hotel resort and we loved the room too. Can't wait to return."

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The room was clean. The location is perfect, right in the center of old town and close to the river. Loved our stay. The bed was very firm, could feel the ribs of the mattress. Kind of hard on the back after a long day walking. "
