"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. The location is perfect for privacy, nature and quietness but not too far from amenities, beaches and Lagos Centre. The house is located just a few meters from a cliff known as "caminho dos pescadores" - (Fishermen trail) which takes you to 2 wonderful beaches (20 minutes walk to the left and the same to the right). "This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city. It felt secure, with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood, near the marina and train station. "This is a beautiful property and in a great location if you want the beach close by. The decor is lovely and it’s so nice to have bedrooms that open onto the pool and jacuzzi. "This is a lovely villa in a good location, although it is a fairly hard uphill climb from the centre. Uber very useful for shopping trips. It was very a quiet area most of the time although there were several days when gardens around were being maintained - it seemed like all day! But maybe the time of year for hedge trimming and the weather kept us in more often than if it had been sunny. Round the pool is very private and well kitted out.
