"Booking receptionist at the front desk to checkin and out, was extremely lrude and impatient and unaware of speaking to him over the phone before for early check-in!! Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! Spike talking to me over the phone twice before arrival he still made me wait two and a half hours to check in early and also overcharged me for early check-in and security deposit or roughly giving me a room that did...

"Except for some shady people around the outside of the hotel and banging by someone in the next room in the middle of the night it was a decent place. Wish they had more of a breakfast and decaf coffee but that wasn't a deal breaker. I liked that there was a full sized fridge, microwave and stove top in their mini kitchen. Bunuka, who checked us in, was really nice and accommodating."

"Hotel was clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Overall a perfectly acceptable place to stay. The only issue was the poor snow removal efforts, which left us slipping and sliding on ice or hard packed, icy snow, getting in and out and to the parking lot. Serious fall risk that wasn't addressed at all from Saturday through Monday morning. To make matters worse, the door closest to the parking lot wouldn't open with the key card, so we had to traverse even more snow and ice to get to...
