"Spotless, lovely friendly hosts, and the location and layout and set up of this home is stellar. My son is a dancer so I’ve traveled to lots of places to see him perform and stayed in many vacation rentals. This place stands out as one of the very best. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again if we return to the Orlando area!"

"This is a great location. Heart of Mt Dora is a short walk away. There is a coffee shop really close. There are grocery stores right down the street. I grew up in Orlando so I have been coming to Mt Dora for decades. It was so nice to walk right out of my door to enjoy it. Keep in mind that this cottage is a little tight for taller people like me. Just have to pay attention to head clearance"

"Cute place, comfortable bed, nice shower. We walked downtown to restaurants and shopping...lots to do. Unfortunately the pool was not heated & too cool in Feb to use it. Could have used some drawers to put clothes in. Otherwise great! Thanks for a great stay!"

"I'd have like it if the owner had communicated about changes to the property that happened after booking, as the bed was quite high (hard to get in and out of) and not as sturdy looking as the bed shown on the original set of pictures."

"Great location within walking distance to downtown and easy access to everywhere."

"Did not really like the location but for the price we dealt with it. My husband and I stayed 4 nights and there was only 3 towels provided for our entire stay. Good thing I had brought our own in case there was none provided."

"Once we figured out where the driveway was, everything else was easy. The space was perfect for two. Bed was comfy. We left some things behind and the host made arrangements to get them to us. Very happy. "

"We stayed here after evacuating before hurricane Milton. We were so thankful to find a place that accepted pets, the private side yard was perfect for our dogs! It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed! The host was incredible, she checked in on us multiple times and made sure we were as comfortable as possible! If you’re looking for a place to stay I highly recommend hop top!!"

"Thebonly draw back to this room is you cannot control the AC. There is a small space heater, but you cannot turn the air up or down. "

"There were 4 adults in our party for a quick weekend getaway to Mount Dora. This property was in a great location just a few minutes from downtown. We were a 5 minute walk to the pickleball courts at the City center, and 2 minutes from both of the restaurants where we had reservations for dinner. 1921 and the Goblin Market.The beds were comfortable, living room was nicely furnished, and the place was clean.
