"We loved how there wew several pools at this resort. We tried several times to use hot tub but others were just hanging out in on phones so we finally gave up...not sure how that can be fixed?? Maybe no person under 21?? The resort overall was a 10 and pkan to return!"

"Location of hotel is amazing. Pools woupd he better if heated. The water was ice cold and not enjoyable. Your spending extra money to enjoy to pool and slides, but th3 water is too cold to enjoy winds up not being worth it. Rooms are smaller than they look online. Decent stay. "

"A very clean and efficient resort. The pool vibe is great-relaxed and family friendly. The shuttle service is a real quick operation and it’s amazing how quickly they get to Universal and back. We spent a week and went three of the days to the parks and to CityWalk in between for dinners. FYI, the annual passes to Universal/Islands of Adventure are the best value if you are going more than three days. Definitely make dinner reservations a day or two before if you want to eat in CityWalk. ...

"This is our go-to hotel when we go to Disney! My kids always think we are staying at rich hotel because of the kitchen accomidations right in our room, youngest loves the sleeper couch. One of our favorite things about this hotel is the fantastic breakfast that includes Mickey Mouse waffles! There is shuttle transportation to the parks of you should choose. "We needed 1st floor access for our daughter due to a debilitating injury and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up in a better unit (2 doubles vs 2 twins in 2nd bedroom) and a much nicer location. The king size primary bed was nice. Living Dining furniture was dated but okay for our needs. "

"While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. "Rooms are dated and could do with being updated but clean and comfortable, staff very friend and help in the restaurant and there was plenty to eat at breakfast. Pool area had a good amount of sunlougers, tables with parasols and pool towels."
