"We made our way out to the UP from western Minnesota not entirely sure what we'd be getting into. But upon our arrival, we were pleasently surprised at how perfect this little cabin was. The cabin was well decorated with a nice woods esthetic that made for cozy evenings in. The hottub was amazing and felt so good at the end of a long day of hiking all the beautiful parks close by. We had the joy of watching herds of deer passing through the yard while we sat out in the tub! Any problems we ran...

"In a nicely secluded neighborhood on the Lake. Very Clean, big deck on the house, updated interior. The lake view is the best. Right on the lake with big windows to see everything. Wonderful to wake up to. Heat was perfect for our stay in November. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Gwinn. "

"Check-in was simple, communication with host was great, and the property was beautiful! Honestly, we thought it was better than what the pictures showed! Had everything that we needed plus some! Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the property and the trails in the woods! Brought our snowmobile that we road on the state groomed trails less than a mile away from the cabin. Highly recommend and would book again! "

"Loved the location. Beautiful in the winter with all the snow. Be prepared if it’s winter to have four wheel drive to get in and out. Bring a small fan as the loft gets very warm when heating the place up. Only recommendation would be to put some antifreeze in the toilet before turning the heat off when closing. Other than that we loved our stay. Very cozy and loved the rustic nature of the stay. Thank you very much for sharing your cabin with us. "

"The property is set up great, very clean, hosted our crew of 5 adults very comfortably. We had great snow and Trails. Its a hike to the trails but easy, about 4 miles to the trail. Only issue we had was cooking. we had planned on making a dish for five but the biggest skillet was an 8" telon pan that the coating was destroyed on and another 6" skillet. No biggy but changed so things for meals."

"We had a great time staying at this location. It is very peaceful and there are not many other houses on the lake. Great fishing as well! The only recommendation I would have is to place a humidifier in the basement as it is a little sticky down there. Otherwise great place to stay "

The home is clean, close to everything in Marquette and has a fenced in yard for our pup. We enjoy the hot tub, the keurig, breakfast from Huron Mtn Bakery and the sunrises over Lake Superior!
