"I was very happy with our stay at this property. The room was clean and cozy. The Lobby, sitting area and outside of the building was clean. "On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. "

"Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting."

"From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. "We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss. "

"This place was large for a NYC hotel. When visiting in between seasons, you may experience it to quite hot since they havent yet installed the window fans. Other than that, the place was great and I would stay here again depending on the time of year."
